Six Senses Residences is a new luxury beachfront project on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The project is a joint venture between Select Group and ESIC,
who have signed a management agreement with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. They have launched the first Six Senses hotel and branded residences in the UAE, which offer luxury beachfront living.
The total area of the residential project will be 1.2 million sqf. Construction of Six Senses the Palm will start in early 2022 with an expected completion date of Q4 2024.
Six Senses Residences will comprise 162 ultra-luxury residences and a 60-room hotel with stunning views of the Palm and the rest of Dubai, as well as 60,000 sq ft of amenities.
The residential development offers a mix of properties, including 121 penthouses, 32 sky villas and 9 signature beachfront villas. All units will be managed by Six Senses, which will offer residents privileged access to the hotel’s high-end amenities, such as: tennis court, large swimming pools, football pitch, restaurants, library, bars, kids club and much more .
